Sarvesh brings a decade long experience in technology. At Hotstar, he built the Video Processing Platform in-house. He enjoys turning product from idea to reality.

Dmitry does iOS development since first iPhone came out. Worked on big named apps like Cricbuzz and Hotstar. Has a wide variety of experience including C++ printer drivers and accounting web apps in PHP. Likes to pick things apart and see whats inside.

Varun is obsessed with just two things: brewing the perfect barrel-aged sour ale, and finding win-win situations with customers.

Rishabh works on building activation and growth experiences at 100ms. He has previously built products for asia's first business neobank, the Government of India and has been a previous founder himself. He is passionate about creating delightful digital experiences for users.

Sagar has over 12 years of experience in video and audio. He led the video backend team at Hotstar, enabling Disney+ launches. He also architected multiple generations of high-performance multimedia SDKs at Ittiam.

Rajeev Kumar

Software Engineer

Rajeev is a hardcore backend developer who worked on Hotstar's video ingestion/processing pipelines. At 100ms, he's responsible for delivering seamless video infrastructure. In free time, he likes to read books.

Ashish was a core member of the team that has built multiple Real-time retail and Surveillance Analytics projects at Outdu. He has vast experience of Implementing end to end Computer Vision based Applications. He graduated from IIT Guwahati in 2014.

An NIT Trichy undergrad, Aditya Kumar is a knee down deep in competitive programming. A GSoCer, he loves to take on challenges that keep him awake at night. He brings deep customer empathy to the table. He's involved in developing and shipping tech products for his college fests. Prior to joining 100ms, he interned with Amazon.

An enthusiastic and passionate web developer, Eswar seeks new challenges constantly. A Computer Science Undergrad from NIT Andhra Pradesh, he collaborated as an intern in building a tele-consulting product at Gumstack and led the team which set up Management Systems at NIT Andhra Pradesh.

Pratim Mallick

Android Developer

Pratim has been working on building android applications for mobile and TV for around 10 years now. Having experience of developing great experience of delivering quality video and audio experience to millions of users at OTT majors like Sling Media and Hotstar.

A 2015 IIT Delhi grad, Amit worked at companies like Facebook and Adobe. He has helped build full-stack SaaS products at Hackerrank and WeCP. He's been a winner of various hackathons and contests at the national level like Google’s DCJ, Zenefits Global CodeSprint and Sears Dots and Arrows.

Akash Goswami

Software Engineer

Akash led the quality team at Hotstar (Core experience), he has helped build tools to validate systems at scale and KIOSK engineering at Hotstar. Has brought in release engineering best practices from his previous organization.

Yogesh is an iOS Frameworks Engineer with more than 6 years of experience. He has built some widely used consumer Apps & B2B SDKs at companies like CleverTap, WebEngage & Haptik. He is very active in the Open Source Community & has worked to build a flourishing iOS / Swift India Developer Community.

A BITS Pilani grad, Tushar is an engineer at heart who loves to build things. As a full stack engineer with an eye for design, he enjoys building products with delightful user experience.
